Policies:

Bring the remainder of your balance in CASH. Any use of online payments at the end of your appointment will result in an additional $5 charge.


Late Policy: Once you are 10 minutes late, you will be charged a $10 late fee. Once you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.


Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, so you will not receive your deposit back.


No-Shows: Not showing up to your appointment without notifying me will require half payment for the service before you are eligible to book again.


No extra guests, unless specifically approved by me.


COVID-19: All clients must wear a mask during their appointment. Any signs of illness such as cough will result in me halting the appointment as I must protect my health. If you test positive I will gladly reschedule you, so please keep my health in mind.

Aftercare

For brow laminations:

  • Avoid getting the brow area wet for 24 hours
  • Avoid contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for the next 48 hours
  • Avoiding excessive rubbing or touching of the treated area for 24 hours


For lash lifts and tints:

During 24 hours after a lash lift and tint, do not:

  • Get your lashes wet or expose them to steam, moisture, or sweat.
  • Apply makeup to your lashes
  • Expose your lashes to heat or a tanning bed
  • Directly apply any kind of lash serum or product to your lash line that contains oil

After the 24-hour period, a lash serum can be applied to your lash line.
